Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for using Pixel Isolate. We want to ensure you have a seamless experience with our image background isolation engine. Please read our refund and cancellation terms below.

1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your Pro Tier monthly subscription at any time directly through the Billing Dashboard. Upon cancellation, your Pro Tier benefits and unlimited HD processing remain fully active until the end of your current monthly billing period. No further recurring charges will be processed after cancellation.

2. Refund Eligibility

We stand behind the quality of our edge detection and background removal engine. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a 100% money-back refund on your purchase under the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial transaction.
• For credit bundle purchases (e.g., 100 Credit Top-ups), less than 10% of the credits from that purchase must have been consumed.
• Refunds do not apply to subscriptions that have been active and used for more than 14 days of the current billing cycle.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected] with your account email and transaction receipt. Our billing support team will review your request and process eligible refunds within 3–5 business days.
